Marketing Consent and Commercial Electronic Messages

This text explains the scope of the optional permission you can give in forms to receive promotional and informational messages about the products and services of ARK İlaç ve Kozmetik. The box is not ticked by default, and leaving it unticked does not affect the evaluation of your requests.

1. Who gives and receives permission

The permission is given by the person/company completing the form in favour of ARK İLAÇ VE KOZMETİK ÜRÜNLER SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“ARK İlaç ve Kozmetik”).

2. Messages you permit

If you tick the box, commercial electronic messages may be sent containing product and service promotions, new formulation and manufacturing solutions, sample and campaign announcements and similar information.

3. Channels

Messages may be sent to the email address and phone number you provided in the form by email, call, text message or messaging applications.

4. Nature of the explicit consent

This permission relates to a specific subject, is based on being informed and is given of your free will. Your personal data is processed for this purpose only for the duration of your permission and in line with the principles in the Privacy Notice (KVKK).

5. Withdrawing permission (right to refuse)

You may withdraw your permission at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge. To do so you can use the opt-out method in a message you receive or write to info@arkilac.com. Your request is processed within a reasonable time and at most within the period set by the legislation.

6. Message Management System

Where required by legislation, commercial electronic message permissions may also be recorded and managed through the Message Management System (İYS).

7. Result

Not giving permission does not affect the evaluation of your request submitted through the form or your use of our services.
